Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 June 2026
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to corpuslogic.com and related public pages operated by Corpus Logic (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you use the Corpus Logic platform under a separate contract, that agreement governs the platform itself and prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
1. About us
Corpus Logic is the trading name under which we market and provide AI-assisted freight intelligence software. Registered company details will be published on our Privacy Policy when finalised. Contact: support@corpuslogic.com.
2. What this website is
This website provides information about Corpus Logic, lets you request a product demonstration, and links to secure sign-in portals for provisioned users. It does not itself constitute a freight, logistics, or transport service — the platform is software used by licensed operators.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or tenant data.
- Introduce malware, scrape the site in a manner that impairs service, or overload our infrastructure.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent demo or contact information.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit website content except as permitted by law or our written consent.
4. Demo requests and pre-contract information
Information on this website (including product descriptions, savings illustrations, and roadmap material) is for general information and pre-contract discussion. It is not an offer to sell or a binding commitment unless set out in a signed agreement. Demo environments may use sample or anonymised data.
5. No legal, regulatory, or operational advice
Features described on this website or in demonstrations may reference tachograph, customs, cabotage, emissions, or other regulated topics for information only. We do not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or operational advice. Official requirements may change; you must verify obligations with qualified advisers and official sources before acting.
6. AI and automation
Corpus Logic includes automated and AI-assisted capabilities (including NARUS). Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Human review is required before irreversible commercial actions. You are responsible for decisions made using the platform in production. See our Responsible AI statement for how these features are designed and governed.
7. Intellectual property
We own or license the website content, branding, software, and documentation. You receive no licence except the limited right to access the public website for its intended purpose. Customer data uploaded to the platform remains yours; platform use terms are in your contract.
8. Privacy, cookies, and platform policies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. By submitting a demo form you confirm the processing described there. Platform customers are additionally governed by the Data Processing Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Sub-processors list.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw pages or features without notice. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties regarding this public website. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Platform liability is governed by your customer contract, not these website Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer (this site is intended for business users).
