Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the Corpus Logic platform and related services. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the agreement under which you access the Services. If you use only the public website, our Terms of Use apply instead.
1. Who this applies to
This AUP applies to every customer and to every user the customer authorises (employees, contractors, and agents). Customers are responsible for their users' compliance and for any activity under their accounts.
2. Lawful and authorised use only
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and not to:
- Breach any applicable law, regulation, sanctions regime, or third-party rights.
- Upload data you do not have a lawful basis or authority to process.
- Use the Services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or smuggling of prohibited or restricted goods.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organisation.
3. Prohibited content
You must not upload, store, or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains malware, exploit code, or anything designed to disrupt or damage systems.
- Includes special category or highly sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- You are contractually or legally prohibited from disclosing to us.
4. System integrity and security
You must not:
- Attempt to access another tenant’s data, accounts, or any non-public part of the system.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our prior written consent, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services (for example denial-of-service, excessive automated requests, or scraping that impairs the service).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to support@corpuslogic.com and do not exploit or publicly disclose them before we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
5. Acceptable use of AI features
The platform includes AI-assisted features (including NARUS). You must not:
- Rely on AI outputs for irreversible or high-risk actions without the human review the product is designed to require.
- Use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to make decisions that unlawfully discriminate.
- Attempt to extract, copy, or reconstruct the underlying models, prompts, or another tenant’s data through the AI features.
- Submit inputs intended to manipulate the system into bypassing safety, approval, or tenant-isolation controls.
- Present AI-assisted outputs as professional legal, regulatory, or financial advice — they are decision support only.
See our Responsible AI statement for how these features are designed and governed.
6. Data responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you put into the Services and for obtaining any consents or notices required from your own data subjects. Our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
7. Fair use of resources
The Services are provided on a fair-use basis. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect availability and security for all customers. If your usage materially exceeds normal patterns or threatens service stability, we may contact you to agree appropriate limits or plan changes.
8. Enforcement and suspension
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may investigate and take proportionate action, including warning you, removing offending content, throttling, or suspending the affected accounts or features. Where a breach poses an imminent risk to security, legal compliance, or other customers, we may act immediately and notify you as soon as practicable. Persistent or serious breaches may lead to termination under the agreement.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this AUP; the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Questions: support@corpuslogic.com or, for legal notices, support@corpuslogic.com.
